For quite some time, I have had a list with three different places on it. I keep this list on my wall, and look at it at least once a day. However, one of the three places on the list is now crossed off.

If you have no idea what I’m talking about, I completely understand (I did start things off without much detail). The list I’m talking about contains the three places in the world that I want to visit before I die. I know that may sound a little morbid, but I don’t plan on dying anytime soon. However, life doesn’t last forever, so it’s a good reminder to make the most of everyday.

The reason one place is crossed off is because I actually went to visit there. The place I crossed off was Italy, and my vacation there was nothing short of amazing.

One thing I learned from that trip that I will apply to future trips is that it helps a lot to have a car rental in Italy and any other destination that you might visit.

If you want to do something that is going to completely blow your wife away, I highly recommend surprising her with a trip to Italy. While this may sound extravagant, if you are serious about doing something that makes her feel like the most special woman in the world, there is no better way to do it than by sweeping her off of her feet and taking her away to Italy.

The occasion that I surprised my wife with a trip to Italy was her last birthday. Although she knew that she would be getting a couple of nice gifts from me for her birthday, she would have never dreamed that I was going to be giving her a trip to Italy. When she opened the box that had our trip itinerary in it, she literally thought it was a joke. However, after a few minutes of me reinforcing that we were really going to Italy together, she realized that I wasn’t trying to mess with her, and she became absolutely ecstatic. We had a wonderful time together in Italy, and I know that this will be an experience that never of us ever forgets.

If you are taking a trip this summer, we have something in common with each other. I already know that I am going to be traveling to Italy this summer. Because I get to stay there for a full twenty days, I could not be more excited! I know twenty days seems like a really long time to be away from home and in a foreign city, but I know that this is going to be the only opportunity I have to go to Italy for quite some time, so I want to make the most of it. Because there are so many different things that I want to do while I am there, I decided that the best thing to do was to take as long of a trip as possible.

Obviously, I don’t have every day of my trip planned out yet, but I have already been spending a lot of time looking on the Internet and in books and gathering information on things I want to see and do while I am in Italy. Plus, on top of booking my flight and hotel already, I also decided to make a rental car reservation for the majority of my trip.

Because it’s the time when Christmas takes place, I know that if you ask a lot of people what their favorite month is, they are going to say December. While I would say that there have been years when December has been my favorite month of the year, that is definitely not the case this year. In regards to 2009, my favorite month is going to be the first one.

If you are wondering why I already know that January is going to be my favorite month of 2009, the reason is because of something that I am going to get to do during this month. The experience that I’m going to have is a trip to Italy. I will be going there with my boyfriend, and he is actually the one who gave this trip to me as a gift on Christmas.

As you can probably imagine, I am extremely excited about taking this trip to Italy. While I have traveled around the United States quite a bit, this is actually going to be the first trip that I take outside of the country. I would by lying if I said that I wasn’t feeling nervous at all, but I can definitely say that my excitement is outweighing my nervousness!
