When you think of Spring Break, you probably automatically think of thousands of drunk college kids on the beach. While this is the stereotypical Spring Break experience, it’s simply not something that appeals to me. Don’t get me wrong; I have nothing against people who enjoy this type of trip (believe me, I have more friends than I can count who will be getting their stereotypical dose of Spring Break). However, it’s just the type of thing that I know I wouldn’t enjoy (and would honestly feel uncomfortable ninety-nine percent of the time).
Instead of getting wasted for the week at the beach, I am going to be exploring Italy. I love actually traveling and exploring new places, so I could not be more excited about the fact that I am going to Italy for an entire week. The great thing about taking this trip is that I have honestly been getting somewhat stressed out at school recently (simply because I have had so much work to keep up with), so getting to take such a great trip before finals is going to help me clear my mind and really focus on what I need to accomplish.
